Signature Thai Clinic Gift Card Policy

General Terms:

• Gift cards are available for purchase in any amount between £45 and £105.

• Gift cards can be used for Specific services offered by Signature Thai Clinic.

Purchase and Use:

• Gift cards can be purchased online through our website or at our clinic.

• To redeem a gift card, please present it at the time of payment.

• Gift cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the designated recipient.

Expiry and Balance:

• Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Any unused balance will remain on the card until the expiration date.

• Gift card balances can be checked online or by contacting our clinic.

Refunds and Returns:

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• If a service purchased with a gift card is canceled, the amount will be credited back to the gift card.

Lost or Stolen Cards:

• Signature Thai Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

• Lost or stolen cards can be replaced if proof of purchase is provided, subject to verification.

Changes to Policy:

• Signature Thai Clinic reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all gift cards purchased after the posting date.
