Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy At Signature Thai Clinic, we strive to provide the best care for our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate all our clients' needs, we have the following policies regarding appointment cancellations and rescheduling: Cancellation Policy If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another clients in need. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling Policy We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This gives us sufficient time to make necessary adjustments to our schedule. Rescheduling requests made less than 12 hours before the appointment time may be subject to availability and rescheduling fees.
